Or just a little?

I used to have a hard time hearing my mixes, which usually resulted in digital distortion I couldn't hear. Now I've got some (cheap) monitors and have studied mixing a little more and I think I have done a little better. Yes, I know I haven't mastered this track; all that I did was EQ toms and guitars and some compression to the mix, but I just want to make sure it doesn't sound "fucked up".

good mix, I think that it's the worst music that Thirst has ever heard though :D

Yeah... rap music about assaulting and killing people just isn't my thing I guess. Anyways, did you notice any distortion or clipping? Thats what I'm afraid of. I can only compress it so much before it starts to distort. Because of this, I added very little compression at all. So it's not "fucked up"?

I'm diggin it. I don't necessarily like the way mp3's sound. Maybe better having the original. But the levels on the song is good. It's decent. Cool

Levels all sound good on this end. I'm only monitoring on my comp. speaks (high end not shitty 2 watt sattellites), not the Events but I didn't hear any clipping or anything. My only complaint is the panning on some of the cymbal crashes. The ones that are quite close together and panned far to the left and right kind of make my ears twitch. Other than that, very good recording... makes me want to hook up the 'ol NES!!!

Yeah, the "Drumkit from Hell" samples come pre-panned from the drummers perspective, so I just left them as they are.
