DMT-8 Digital Multitracker

Hi.
I have the DMT-8 Digital Multitracker and i was wondering if there is any way of putting the sound i have recorded onto the PC?
or Even burning it to CD?
Im new at this kind of thing, and couldnt find an answer in the manual.

Yes

Take the main stereo out of the DMT8 into your computer sound card in or a stand alone CD recorder input.... (You may need an RCA/1/4" or 1/4' to 1/8'" adaptor cable)
