DMP3 and Tascam Mixer

I just purchased a DMP3.
Is there a way to wire this pre-amp through my existing mixer (Tascam 424) so I can still use it?
How do I do it and how do I over-ride the pre-amps in the Tascam 424.

Just plug the DMP3s outs to the TASCAM's ins and keep the pres on the 424 all the way down.
