Hey all,
Just wanna know what ya'll think of this PC for a multitrack/simultaneous recording pc.....
I Already have a delta 44, ready for installation......
I'd be using Cubase SX i think (altho the SE toolbox package looks nice)

ATX Gigabyte/ASRock 333 Mainboard
80GB ATA 133 7200 HDD
256MB 2700/3200 DDR Memory Branded (10Y Warranty)
128MB GeforceFx 5200 (with TV out 8x AGP Video)
5.1 Sound system, 4x USB
16x DVD LiteOn +/Power dvd
52X CD-RW (Burnproof)
1.44 Floppy Drive
ATX 400W Colour Midi Tower Case

All for a price of £268 (still unsure if it comes with an OS though..)

I don't like the look of that 333 board. I'd get something that supports 800fsb.
Don't think about 2700 ram, just get 3200.
256MB is not enough. You'll need 512MB minimum.
Where's your cpu?

Why the nVidia card? You plan to play games as well? Otherwise its a waste of money.

Get a Matrox instead if this is a true DAW setup - you'll want the 2 VGA outputs.

Spend some more money and get 512Mb of RAM and a bigger HD.

I didnt put the spec together i just found it like a prebuilt tower from a computer shop near me,
If you could suggest a full setup that would be champion....
:)
