I am trying to record guitar trough an 65 valve amp. I am using a shure 58
into a fostex digital 4 track, which is then run into my Apple G3 running ProTools Free. I seem to be getting distortion in the signal, with all the eq flat on the 4 track, and the levels are way down from the peak.
Any advice would be appreciated.
