Digital Summing

What a dramatic difference between the two resulting summed files (Logic was a LOT warmer sounding, while the DP files were very brittle sounding).

I hope that was an old, early version of DP that he was using, the last thing I need is brittle recordings.

Not sure what version it was. I don't think it sounded bad or anything. I said it sounded brittle, but more in comparison to the way Logic sums its audio (And I fully believe to this day that Logic has the best summing algorithms around, but it does all it's bouncing in realtime only). If I wasn't A/B'ing the tracks, the DP track would still sound good. I wouldn't worry if you have anything that sounds brittle, you can always work with EQ
