Digital/Analog problem (need real answers!)

I have a Korg Trinity Pro. I want to run my midi from the keyboard, to a 16 track Peavey analog board, and then run my analog board to my computer, to record on my CD recorder. How can I do this, making sure I can use all 16 tracks on my Peavey?
 
How many inputs are taken by the Korg? And what issues are interfering with your use of the rest of the channels on the Peavey?
Two other bits of info will help the rest of the mixing gurus here guide you through this:
How many inputs on your soundcard?
What other sound sources will you be running through the Peavey?
