Differences between Rode NT5 and Studio Project C4?

Hi,

I need a nice small diaphragm condenser mic, preferably for micing acoustic guitar and sometimes for drum overheads.

Can anyone tell me the sound differences between both models. I read, that NT5 shoud be fine for acoustic guitars. What do you think about the SP C4 ?

The price of the C4 lokks really interesting....

I recently got a pair of NT-5's for the price of a little more than one NT-5, so it was a no-brainer (even a pair of Behringer B-5's would be pricier!) and they absolutely sound stunning on acoustic guitar.

My signal path was (guitar=Crafter GAE-36) NT-5--->M-Audio DMP-3--->Yamaha AW-2400.
During replay, I had to check my hands and guitar (true story!) to make sure I still wasn't playing. It sounded SO direct and realistic!
