desire plays the bass

Pretty music. Nice guitar playing. Nice singing voice. Sweet harmonies.

I think some of the recording levels might be a little on on the hot side. I'm hearing maybe a little hiss, some crackles, and possibly a clip or two.

Lyrically, I couldn't make a connection out of the tag line. I couldn't understand what it meant. I'm probably a bit thick.

Nice track! I like the playing and feel of what you were putting out.

The recording quality was very clear and I must compliment you on having a wonderful voice!

As for an analytical opinion of the lyrics, I liked the words but they didn't hold any special ties for me personally. I am sure others will truly relate to them and that they had meaning for you as the author of them and in the end, you must please yourself first and if anyone else gets it too, then that's a bonus.

How many millions of songs have been written over the ages where the singer put their heart and soul on display for all to see only to realize that the world was busy doing the same thing at the same time and nobody heard the other? Life is like that some times. Eventually, you connect with someone and for a fleeting moment, life is perfect and the universe makes sense. The rest of the time; Good bloody luck!:D

Cheers! :)

I really hated this but it sounded nice. Very nice harmony. There is nothing blatantly wrong with it that I can tell. Nice vocal as well. BTW why is desire playing the bass?

Maybe I should post in the songwriting forum...

If it is more of just an analysis of the words, then yes. I agree!

Here, we are concerned more about how thing sound rather then what is being said in the sound.

Cheers! :)

Hey Lotus,
I like the verb you used on the vocs. Its big but fits the tune pretty nicely. Nice bg's too... not too loud, but present. ...ohh, and the lyrics..... very cool man.
