I just want to say Thanks for this forum and previous posts, and to the people who replied to me.
I'm using the I/O out of the Yamaha with a 1/4 to Ring and Tip RCA into my Delta, I'm going in channel 3 and and out channel 3 with the ring and tip, I think that's right!!!
I did notice that it only works if I go into the first click of the I/O of the Yammie
Still trying to figure out the ST/Bal/ Ring /Tip thing..
, I'm getting there.
I'm using CEP/Audition. I'm noticing on the Delta Control Panel my level are Way HIGH!!! clipping big time. I'll have to make more adjustments............ Learn and Burn..........
My dilema I'm having now is, how will I get the sound back out to my monitors and headphone amp. I've tried several things but it either peaks the level meters HARD on the Yammie and doesnt come out or it comes out with lots of static.
first off I want to know do I need to go back in with the RCA Ring or TIP or is that just defeating the purpose.. I would like to be able to use channels 1 & 2 out of the Delta for monitor and headphone amp.. Would I even need to go back through the mixer??
I dont know if im making any sense or not... Any suggestions or am I just a hopeless NOOB lost in recording world... I mean it would sure be nice to get this figured out and actually play again..... HAHAHA!!!!
Thanks!!
