Delta 1010 Software?

I'm thinking of bidding on this Delta 1010 on ebay right now...

But it says that none of the CD's are included with it and that I will have to download the drivers on the M audio website.

I was just wondering if there is any other software (applications, etc) involved with the 1010 that I'll be missing out on if I do this.

Or is it just the drivers?

I believe it's just drivers. You should download the newest drivers from the website even if it did come with the disk. Just so you know you're getting the most up to date versions.
 
Even if you got the driver CDs the drivers would be out of date and you'd have to get them from M-Audio anyway. The Lite version of Logic certainly worked, but I hated the interface. It came with a softsynth piano (Gigasampler) that did not work at all. So don't sweat the no CDs. All of the info is at their website.
 
cool...i'm running Cubase SX so no biggie about the logic demo.
