Yo Bueno Roberto:

Remove the SSSSSSSSSSSSss sounds?

A de-esser will help curb those snappy S sounds make by some vocalists. Could be mostly female singers, but some males have that problem too.

Most of the new DAWS have S removal programs, as well as the PC programs.

Heh, heh, heh....yes, I guess so. When I opened the thread there wasn't much there so I just answered the question in the shadows of my Yorkvilles and keyboards and bunches of tapes and CD's.

Right now it's time for a martini.

I love my Dbx263a, the thing is simple to use and it works, and it costed me only 10 bucks on ebay. Just yesterday I was mastering a CD for one of my Karaoke singing clients, she was singing "send in the clowns" by mellisa Manchester. Almost every line had some sibilents in it, untill I ran the track thru my 263a and tamed them down quite a bit.
