Decent, FREE, downloadable jam tracks...where?

I have some of my own jam tracks...but after awhile they get played out, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of where to find free, downloadable jam tracks?

Yeah....I know..."just Google it"...
...but often many sites you find will say FREE, but then they have some hidden agenda. and then I get tired of searching.
Then there are the FREE ones that really SUCK!...cheap MIDI sequences and such.

Anything in Rock/Pop/Blues/Jazzy genre...as long as it has no vocals or any leads.

If I have to pay...I would then just make more of my own.
