The ending was no surprise as the title & build mad it seem inevitable.
The feeling of desperation that many in Haiti must still feel post stalled reconstruction is entirely undersyandable.
Discovering reality is often a cross roads for individuals and HR is populated by people who have compartmentalised their ambition and passion in a way that allows the latter to be expressed creatively and the former to be modified or mollified by achieving different goals.
I like the sparseness of the backing as it gives some primacy to the narrative though the delivery is a little too fast to be able to understand all of the story in the 1st listen.
Oh, I think the title should be one or the other or something less blunt.

I feel like it's length is to the song's advantage. You kept it short, and I didn't lose interest before it ended.
The mix sounded good. Nothing stuck out as bad, and nothing seemed too buried to me.
