de-esser?

I've heard of something called a de-esser or something used to take the siblance (hard s and p sounds) off a vocal track. Someone in the mixing clinic recommended it for one of my songs (follow my www and listen to "harbor of lights" if you want).

My question is...where do I find such a thing. Does cakewalk sonar have it? Can you find or buy a program to import into sonar?

The fishfillets are very nice plugs, I use them quite a bit myself, but they are VST so you'll need to be running either Sonar 3 or a wrapper to use them.
