Okay, so I got the BOSS DD-6 at Guitar Center the other day and just had time to use it. DAMN. That was more than I expected. So the last time I have used or even heard a delay pedal was in my ZOOM 1010. I hated that thing, well, it was good but the delay would just stop after you turned off the pedal. I never used one again after that. I figured if it is not going to sound good after I am done with the effect, then I will make if sound good and just not use effects. Now when I kick off the pedal I can keep playing and the ring keeps going. Thats soo fucking cool its not even funny. Is that how all good delay pedals work or is this a new thing. I think I have been missing a lot over the years. I am going to check out a comp now. Any suggestions for a country compressor. I don't think I need a Carl Martin just yet, but I do not want a lot of noise either.
