I play and record mostly silent (DI, into my Zoom h6 or Tascam model 12 or interface ) and looking for a good solution to record guitar. I love the tube sound (the looser/saggier/ smoother & rounder the better) and play mostly clean..up to some (hopefully) warm, woolly full-harmonic drenched transparent subtle overdrive tones. I got a strat and still wanna use my chorus, delay, tremolo, and verb pedals.
The audio kitchen Big trees sounds amazing but I'm not sure how I would incorporate my pedals (chorus,delay,verb..) and also how I would go straight DI to my zoom H6 and/or Tascam model 12.
The Fryette Valvulator GP/DI, Direct Recording Amplifier has all the features I need for sure... It does sound good and has the tubes and a good vibe but wasnt able to find any samples of clean or semi clean tones that sounded/ felt as good as the big trees.
Is there anything else out there that I'm missing... that might meet these two in the middle?
