dbx 376 or mindprint envoice

Both units are tube, both have eq & compression,dbx has de/esser must admit I can't here it though. Just wondering what you guys think, both unit have digital out although it,s an option on the envoice 100$. Overall sound, warmth and versatility are the keys with only a 150$ difference between the two.

evrybody, I am using the en-voice equipped with the di-mod digital option and I love its sound. I am using it with a computer and a RME DIGI 96 digital I/O card.
I think the en-voice is more versatile than the dbx, I use it also for postprocessing. To do so I send out the signal
digitally to the di-mod, choose digital input at the en-voice, I process the signal and go back through the digital out.
