dbx 2215 eq

just fired mine up after sitting dormant for several years......the right side works fine but the left side seems to actually be REVERSED on the sliders...up is down, and down seems to be up.....beats all ive ever seen?? any ideas??

Is this the EQ that can combine the left-15 band and right- 15 band to make one EQ -31 band via a switch ?
