I don't feel I can constructively comment on the quality of the recording, reverb and compression as I don't have an internet connection in my studio so I am listening to the compressed low quality YouTube audio through my home computer speakers.
I listened to David Guetta's version and one thought did occur to me: he sounds more comfortable with the high notes. To me, you were nearing the top of your range and some notes were losing their strength,. Where these occur you are (or should be) leaping for strong high notes, soaring. I am by no means an expert but that is what I was hearing. How did you feel? Would it be easier and more powerful at the top end if you played your backing track a few semitones lower?
