Cubase with si-24

Hi folks,
I am new member in this forum its look pretty good and helpful,
I have a si-24 i need to control cubase sx with it i am not finding the xlm file, and there is nobody that is helping me, can anybody advise from where can i get this file.

I own a si-24 and i have a xml file for nuendo 2 (sorta the same)...might work....might not work....let me know if ya need it
