Cubase VST and Windows XP

Hi, i have just got back into midi recording etc. And i have Cubase VST that i used way back with the upgrade etc.. When i try to install it on my windows XP,,it say i dont have windows 95 installed.lol

Is there a file i can download to run this with Xp as opposed to win 95?

cubase VST 3.0

I have cubase VST 3.0 with the update

Yeah, is that actually Cubasis 3? A scaled down version of VST 5?
