Cubase SX3 vs. Cubase SX3 Pro Edition.

I can't find anyone who carries Pro Edition, but I have heard of it. Whats the story on it? It is a ramped up version of SX3?
 
I have never heard of Cubase SX3 Pro Edition. I do not think it exists.
 
There is only one version of SX3...at least, according to the Steinberg site. It's plenty professional enough for you, Sparky.

Fair enough, but the software itself is exactly the same (SX3). That package just adds a controller from another manufacturer. The "Pro" designation on the Academic Superstore site is referring to the controller, not the software, Sparky. :p :D

Thats all I was looking for. I'm not familiar enough with Cubase or any of the software platforms to know what is in them and what isn't.

And thanks for the nickname. I guess. Where'd it come fom?

There's no such version of Cubase SX called 'Pro'. Ain't Cubase SX pro enough? :D

We already discerned that the bundle is the "pro" reference and not the software itsself. Read other posts before posting. There's only like 6. I believe in you!
 
Funny. I was just thinking about grabbing that Pro Shuttle thing for the video work I do...

Too bad its not a Mac bundle. That's a killer(!) price. I know a couple students...
