Cubase Problem!! please help!!

Hey guys,
I'm in a session right now and for some reason every once in a while the audio cuts out while tracking for about 2 seconds and makes a buzzing sound. I even tried using SX1 and it does the same thing. PLEASEEE help I can't figure out this damn thing. I increased buffer sizes, messed with direct monitoring... but it still doesn't work right.

what else are you running at the time... it sounds like the puter is giving something else priority...

Would you happen to be running a demo plugin? Sometimes they have demos put out a noise.
