Cubase 7, midi data does not go thru fast.

When I play keyboard, it takes about 0.5 second to hear the sound.
It was about 0.1seconds to hear the sound till 3 days ago.
I uninstalled the UM-One driver, then installed it again, but it's still slow.
Could anyone can tell me what is wrong?

Environment:MacBook Pro MD104, OS10.8.4, Cubase 7.0.4, Yamaha P95, Roland UM-One,
 
You need to change your latency. Navigate to Devices>Device Setup>VST Audio System and make sure the best driver is selected. Then in the tree to the left move down to the option with your driver's name. You will then see a Control Panel button on the top right. Click it and lower your slider in favor of latency.

To completely destroy this problem you should invest about $100-150 in an audio interface.
