Cubase 6 strange grey boxes suddenly appeared on midi tracks (pic attached)

Hi,

The little grey box/rectangles have appeared in the picture and I don't know what they are or how to turn them off.

Can anyone help please?

I think because you are so new to this forum that your picture is not showing up. I can't remember how many posts you need to attach stuff to this forum.

Sorry can't see your picture. My guess is that it's that new VST expression stuff though, but can't be sure without seeing what you are talking about.

Hi!

Do you mean say a mixer control cubase or vice versa? If so no.

Just the basic midi in midi out into cubase :)

Do you have any sort of midi controller plugged in? Keyboard, drums, or whatever?

The reason I'm thinking it's this is because my controller controls faders in groups of 8 and they highlight like that as you move the group over. If it's something else I have no clue.
