Cubase 5 and guitar rig problem

First. sorry for my english grammar. Ok.

I have installed Guitar Rig. I copied guitarRig.dll file in cubase VST folder.And when i open Cubase i can t find Guitar Rig in Insert effects...Hm? I looked at Device /Plug In information and GR is not here.
I want use Guitar rig like plug in in Cubase 5. Help me!!!
 
I'm assuming you know how to add effect plug-ins in Cubase already, but just in case this might help:

That is for Cubase 7, but I don't think it's that different for 5 (though I've only used it a little personally).

A couple of quick searches turned up this on installing VSTs:

There is a choice a the beginning of the install to choose if you want 32/64...and my Cubase is 32bit.
