This song plays at my work at least once a day - so I know the vocals quite well. I think the original has some annoying effect on the vocals? I'm not really sure now. Anyway, I prefer your version (by a long shot) to the original, that's for deffo. Really nice job, you've got a great voice for this kind of thing.

Thanks and yes the original does use lots of effects on the voice. I wouldn't normally use that much reverb but it seemed like it sounded right to me.

I listened to this the other day. Sorry I didn't write back; It was really late.

I enjoyed this a lot! I think it really suits your voice and you done a smashing job.
The only major flub that I noticed was 'hair' at 1:40. Other than that it was smooth.
