Creating a click track with tempo changes

Looking for some S/W to help make a click with temps changes.
Any suggestions.
I have reaper and audition and I have not found a way to make tempo changes with the metronome.

I'm not sure what would work on a PC, but I would assume that Cubase or any full featured sequencer would allow you to enter different values for the tempo map. I do that in Digital Performer on the Mac.

Reaper and Audition don't have an editable tempo map? I find that hard to believe, it's such an important feature.

I think I just found something in Reaper 2 beta. Gonna give it try when I get a chance.
