Well, they did it better in their Mystical Shit days... but this does have its own charm.

Recording wasn't bad, nothing majorly wrong. I'm sure you want a slightly 'raw' feel. Guitar playing was pretty good, enjoyed it more than the whiny singer. I used to perform with a close friend and had to stop when I realized he annoyed most everyone listening because he just couldn't sing!

BTW, I'm qualified to listen to this... but does using that dirty form of Ecstasy (with coke and heroine) qualify me for having been a heroine addict??
 
Yes, you're correct we were going for the raw feel.

it's good to see that someone understand's not to take this in a "serious" manner. The musicians can play and the "singer" writes all these 2 chord songs that we all seem to connect with. So it works..

I know what you're saying about the tonality of his voice...and I felt the same way the first 150 times I heard it....I like it now though.

Sounds like a crack head mixed it! Na, sounds good man. Bring the guitar down a bit to let the vox come through a bit more. Up the bass also.
 
The Crack is starting to wear off....

Hmm... I did listen back to this on more than one system...but now that you mention it the vocals due get lost in the mix occasionally.
