Hi guys. Some quick mr8 questions.
1) Does Cakewalk allow you to mixdown and edit WAV files (EQ, add drum loops) and can N-track do the same? I'm not sure which program would be best for what function. Would I need any other components to work with these programs?
2) For drum loops/programmed percussion, would those little Dr Rhythm or Alesis drum machines need to be on a separate track (mr8) or is it better to import those into a program and mix them there?
I'm still relatively new at recording, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
