Here's a thing i've been re-recording over the past week. Not sure what to make of it, maybe a bed for vocals though i can't imagine any kind of melody over it and not really exciting enough to be an instrumental. The mix has been a pain cause the tune is so short that I wind up hearing the song 5 times in 10 minutes, a few hours later my brain is mush. So anyway tell me if anything sounds out of whack, I wanted a big rhythm section sound but always gotta be careful with the bass....The high hats are either barely audible or completely annoying, i dont know...there's a few slight timing issues but i think overall things flow ok...
Recorded in pt9-the drums are fake-i'm again using the ik sampletron for strings-i did some home "mastering" (eq and vintage warmer)
Calling this "counting cliches" (it kind of reminded me of the counting crows, who i'm not such a huge fan of)
