Copyrighting question?

LMAO if you think I fit any of those requirements you are on crack. They still joined me right up. I mean I almost fit some but not exactly. Just join.

i feel like i have a strange position in this... in my two member "band" i write all the lyrics, me and the other band member write the music together (although i write most of it, i write a song and he adds stuff usually.) but its not just us two performing the songs, we get friends of ours to help out as singers and musicians. I'm not talking like one or two friends, more like 20-30.

so how do i go about that? are the sound recording copyrights to all 20-30 people? Does the other copyright belong to both me and my bandmate? should the sound recording copyrightt be just for the two of us, since we do play 90% of the instruments on the album?
