Convert TASCAM 2x8track to PC Motu 2408?

Hi,
Recording 16 tracks on 2x8 Tascam dig. recorder.
Mixing is done on a PC with the MOTU 2408.

How to copy/convert the TASCAMtrack to PC via MOTU 2408?? Tracks has to stay sync!

Anybody done this?
