connecting Pioneer turntable to focusrite interface to record vinyl

How can I connect the following turntable to my audio interface to digitally record my vinyl records?

PLX-1000 - Professional Turntable | Pioneer Electronics USA
Scarlett 18i20 | Focusrite

Do I need any other hardware?

Also, what else can I do with this set up? can I use this set up to scratch songs?
