Connecting Headphone Amp

How do I hook up a Presonus HP4 headphone amp to my Mackie mixer?

Does it come with the necessary cable? Does it just plug into my headphone out?

I'm stupid.

It does not come with cables.

You will want two 1/4" TRS cables to connect the HP4 to the main/monitor/control room L/R outs on the mixer. You can then connect heaphones & monitors to the HP4.
