Connecting a preamp to M-audio audiophile 192

I'm trying to connect a preamp (a Presonus Bluetube 2 channel) to my M-audio audiophile 192 card. There are two sets of 1/4" Left and Right inputs to the soundcard, but only one 1/4" output per channel to the preamp. How do I connect them, with an all male 1/4" "Y" connector or something?
