Congrats with your 334th post, Porter!

6 guitar parts:

1 Main Rhythm
1 'Phaser' Guitar
2 Leads during the chorus
1 Classical for solo
1 Classical Guitar EQ'ed for Bass Guitar (so I guess I cheated a little when I said 6 guitars)

When I re-record I'm not going to use the Classical for the solo and I'm not going to use the 'Phaser' Guitar.

So I'm down to 3 guitars... yikes!!!

I'm going to re-do the drums this week and work out the guitar parts again (I'm going to change the key so you can really hear my voice), track on the weekend, preliminary mix on the weekend, proper mix early next week.

Talking of avatars, I was thinking of attaching a picture of my Ibanez Artist as my custom avatar.

But I need to know what size to make it, how to attach a custom avatar and how to edit the text under my name. I can't be bothered reading the manual :D

All you need to do is go to your User CP (up the top of all pages), on the 'Edit Profile' tab, half way down is Custom User Text. That's one problem solved. For the Avitar, the images can't be any bigger than 60x60 pixels. To change that you need to go to the 'Edit Options' tab, there you can click on Custom Avitar... upload the image there and you are done. :D

In the AFL I only barrack for one team... the SYDNEY SWANS ... and they are playing on Saturday. The weekend before last I went to a game out at the SCG, went to the 'Chairmans Lounge' as a guest... food was great, free grog was good too, but Sydney winning against Geelong was even better... mind you, with them being at the bottom of the ladder it wasn't too hard... I just wish Sydney would play a little better at the moment... We all can wish.

But just for you, I'll barrack for the West Coast Eagles for you.

We try not to pronounce it at all. :) The Orioles only won one game last year. They play like a bunch of GIRLS!

I"m working a little on my Drums (SliceDrummer) and my Bass guitar tonight... trying to get a better grove with my song I"m re-recording... do you know how had that is to do by yourself... I'd love to have you guys over here to jam with.... I guess this is the downside of being a home (solo) recordist....

No, but I have a cousing studying in Perth. If I had any money I would visit him...

But I'm a gear slut, so that's not gonna happen. ;)
 
Good news... my Misses has given me all of tonight to work on music, tomorrow morning & Sunday morning for music.... so, it's looks like there might be a chance of me recording something for next week.
