What's the best condenser mic under $150 dollars for vocals

Dynamic mikes are good at that price;

Shure SM58
Electro Voice ND767
Sennheiser E835

Large diaphram condenser mikes are more sensitive and most people prefer them for vocal recording in the studio, but I would not buy one that costs less than $150. It won't be a good investment at that price unless you want to buy one used.

If you only have $150, wait until you can scrape together another $100. Make sure it comes with a shockmount, and if it doesn't factor that into the price......and a mic stand.
