Condenser Microphone, budget maximum 200.

Hi folks!

I am currently building my own studio at home. I am thinking about buying a condenser mic for recording both guitar, bass and vocals.
I have a budget with a maximum of 200 but cheaper is always nice. I have found some mic's that seem to be nice: nt1-a, mxl 990.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what mice to buy because there's so much of them out there.

FWIW...I`ve used the MXL 990 with good results IMO...
