Unpossible!
How hard is it to control an external device via midi? I want to be able to adjust a few parameters (at least) on my 960 - is that even possible?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah it's possible with a generic remote device or a midi panel (which is a little harder to program), just use the generic remote device and send whatever midi notes or CC's you need to control the hardware.

Create some midi channels / faders to assign them to and drop them in a folder.

Can I send info out via a midi channel in Cubase out through the midi-port on my hammerfall directly to the 960?

Sorry, I am a complete noob when it comes to midi.

I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work. Are you planning to automate some parameters of your 960?

That's what I was hoping to do if it's not too difficult.

Have you done something similar?

No, I do everything in the box but I think it's a cool feature to have for someone that can make use of it. I've thought about trying to use MIDI to change my controller's velocity curves when switching between vstis. It seems a like it would be a little involved, if even possible, so of course I haven't gotten around to it. :p
