comments about this ugly draw!

Hello everybody, first of all I want to let you all know, that I made this drawing using photoshop just to send you the idea of what I want to build. I have better drawings at home made using one of those home building/planning softwares, but, I don't have internet connection over there... so I just made this one trying to get some feedbak on the idea. I have a space 19.75'x 16.45' and with 11.5' tall. I want to divide this space building a room with a diagonal wall inside this space. The walls of the space are regular bricks, with ciment like the one from Funky Studio in Macedonia. The inner room will be built with solid bricks those are 8 x 15 x 3 cm. The inner room will be 4" far from the outter room but they'll have the same solid concrete floor. What do you guys think about the space? Any ideas or comments? I'll try to upload a better draw the next few days. But if you can gimme some feedback with that, would be a great, great, great help!

Hey John, thank you very very much for the idea. I like it, I'm just not shure about the control room beign larger than the live room. I want to track drums, that's why I feel like having a smaller control room and a bigger live room.
Tell me what you think about those two new ideas! One is having a 5 m x 5 m total area and the other is having a 5 m x 6 m area!

5m x 6m is a better proportion. These days we tend to do more stuff in the control room than the studio, like bass di, guitar di and amp in the studio etc etc.
