Collaborating over the net?

Have any of you ever tried to write a song with someone else on here. I think it might be interesting.

I work with Pro Audio 8.(do'nt use midi at all, really) I guess it would be possible to send work files over the net or through snail mail.

Yes, it's been done right here in this forum using .mp3 files sent over the net and it's a whole lot of fun when it works.
