Clicks And Pops

HEY GUYS,

I USING SOUND FORGE 6.0 AND I HAVE A MP3 FILE THAT HAS QUITE A FEW CLICK AND POPS IN IT...I'M STILL TRYING TO WORK OUT THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE THEM....ANY IDEAS?

These guys make a decent declicker plug-in that isn't too expensive.

If you recorded the Mp3's, re-track it and lower the volume. Usually clicks and pops in SoundForge or other audio software is due to digital clipping. If they are songs you downloaded, you're pretty much SOL since trying to remove them will pretty much destroy the audio quality.
