Choice of Budget Instrument Mikes?

Hey guys,

I'm looking at picking up a few more mic's to use in my little home studio here. I've already got an SM58 that I'll be using mainly for studio work.

I'm looking at getting something to mic up the acoustic guitar. I'm looking at doing this on a budget, as I don't have mammoth amounts of money to spend at the moment.

The ones I'm looking at are:

• Behringer XM1800S
• Behringer XM8500
• Peavey PV MSP1 (a tempting deal - buy two of these and get the stands with them - I need aa few and this could be a budget way of getting the stands too)

Would any of these be any good for a home studio instrument mic? If not, does anybody have any recommendations in the same price bracket?

I would love to get a few SM57's, but I think this will wait until I have a bit of cash to splash,

I'm not sure I'd be rushing to spend my money on any of them. Do you have phantom power? If so, either the ADK SC-1 or JoeMeek JM27 (they're the same mic) will be a good little buy for you for acoustic guitar.
