I think the beat with that version sounds better than the one I worked on for you...
 
The vocals in the intro, are all over the spectrum. They need to be compressed, especially when the one dude laughs all loud. The mix is peaked and clipped in that area. The instrumental, is far too low in contrast to the intro vocals, turn the intro way down. The vocals on top of the beat, are a bit too loud, and the ablibs are way too loud. Some of the ablibs pull away from the emcee, and that's distracting to the listener. Adlibs are placed to compliment, not overpower. Personally, I think the reverb is a bit thick as well. But that's a personal preference.

Good mix? No, not at all. Is it tolerable? Yes.
 
^^^^word i feel you on that......now since your all about hip-hop the compression thing... for rap its better to use what type of compression?? low ratio quick attack and release right?
 
Yes. I often use the 4:1 fast attack preset in Audition/CEP under Dynamics Processing. It works well.
