CHECK IT OUT! (i love my sm57)

I love the sm57. I just stuck it out and got this. it isn't great recording quality but it is cool.

I recorded two new songs with my drummer friend. I just stuck and sm57 out in the room and pushed record. So the recording quality is not great but the songs are cool. The two new songs are called from the top and bad bones jam. Listen to from the top the whole way through because it changes from a punk song to a blues song. It is all just drums and guitar. Tell me what you think please.
 
You need alot of improvement on your timing. You don't really seem to pay attention to each other. To me, it sounds like two people playing their instrument, and sometimes accidentally doing something that fits together. Try getting to the point where it's the other way around, you play most of it together.

About the songs themselves, well, they are jams that's pretty clear :). Practice on them more and take them again, because this isn't really fun to listen too ;)
