the kick mics lack bottom end no matter where i place them, but they are workable by eq. the rest of the mics are decent.

i made some eq and mix changes to the track that can be heard here:

The snare sounds pretty lacking in body IMHO. You're definitely making progress though.

i rolled off some lows and added highs because many people said the snare had too much meat or low mids to it.
