cheap preamp

hey people

im someone who cant afford a mixer and want to record to my computer, so im looking for a cheap preamp that connects a 1/4 input and a 3-pin line input to the comp. sorta like a sans amp but looking for something cheaper
any ideas?

I'm using a Alesis IO|2 which is driving a Shure SM7B. If you know anything about SM7Bs you know it takes a hell of a preamp to drive it. No issues. PCI interface, but that's okay... can't have everything.
