Will a cheap mixer, say $200. affect the quality of preamps, compressors, ETC... added to the mixer??????

A cheap mixer will turn all your name brand gear into Nady and Behringer gear. It's a disease that turns metal to plastic.

DAMN!

Well that sucks! is there no other way to be able to hook my mic, mic preamp, compressor, effects processor, and monitors up??????

I don't

Im about to buy them, AND i was askin how would i set it up and someone told me i needed a MIXER in order for me to record properly with all those items. BUT there has to be a different way, is there??????

List everything you're buying (direct links to material on them would be helpful, too) and maybe we can help you out.

Any cheaply made unit will affect the quality of your tracking and mixing yet there are plenty of low cost options that will afford you adequate processing.

List

I was planning on getting 2 mics, maybe 2 mic preamps, compressor, monitors, AND an effects processor LATER, but not now.
